Terms of sale

  1. Who sells it. Spartan Alliance Group LLC, Crosby, Texas. Contact [email protected].
  2. What you buy. A license to use the Tailgate Ledger workbook files in your own business, for as many jobs and devices as you like, shared with people who work for your business.
  3. What you can't do. Resell, share publicly, or give away the files or the Google Sheets copy link, or sell them as your own template.
  4. Price and tax. The price is shown before you pay. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
  5. Delivery. A download link arrives by email right after payment. The link is valid for 7 days. Email us for a new one any time.
  6. Updates. v1.x fixes are free to past buyers by email.
  7. Refunds. See the refund policy.
  8. No professional advice. The workbook is a calculator. It does not give tax, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for your prices, your taxes and your documents. Check your numbers.
  9. No warranty beyond the refund. The workbook is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid.
  10. Texas law governs.
  11. Changes. The terms in effect on your purchase date apply to your purchase.
